The pool was nice and clean. The bar offered cold drinks and good food. The location was convenient, close to the city center, and easy to access. The staff were friendly and provided quick check-in service.

The lack of security was a bit concerning, especially at night. It would be great if there were more security measures in place to ensure guest safety.

The staff at Coconut Pointe were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with our delayed flights and even assisted us with fixing a flat tire. The food at the resort was delicious and didn't cause any stomach issues. We also loved the fact that the resort provided a portable wifi hotspot, allowing us to work from anywhere on the property. The beach felt very private and we enjoyed doing our morning workout there.

While the property was kept clean, there were some dated and unfinished elements that may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, the lack of nearby shops and public taxis made it a bit challenging to get around and find necessary items.
