The local culinary scene is a gem! The food was top-notch, and the live music on Saturday brought the vibe alive. Plus, the friendly staff were attentive, going above and beyond, especially John, who was a rock star with his service!
While the front desk could use a tad more love (it’s often MIA), there's still plenty of charm.

coconut pointe villa & beach resort could’ve been delightful, but my stay was ruined by the overpowering smell in the new room and multiple power outages. the front desk was simply never around, which really made my expectations plummet. a complimentary drink woudl ve been nice, but alas, i guess red carpet treatment is just a fantasy here. disappointing, to say the least.

Our room smelled strong, but the food was delicious!

The Queen Suite with Sea View offered a panoramic view that made the rough parts of the stay more bearable. Its new decor added a level of modern comfort that slightly elevated the experience.
The initial overpowering smell in the new room was hard to ignore, and the lighting system left much to be desired, with one switch controlling all lights across the room. Multiple power outages throughout the stay were frustrating, particularly coupled with the hotel's open access to the public, leading to awkward encounters with local visitors. The beach itself was poorly maintained and smaller than expected, while available activities were almost non-existent.

Charming spot with potential for improvement
The stay featured a beautiful panoramic view from the Queen Suite, adding warmth to our 3-night getaway. Enjoy the relaxing pool area, but be ready for uninvited beach visitors. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food, a highlight of our trip. Definitely check how your payments will be processed before arrival!

Just a commendable fit for a fleeting moment in New Ningo with decent value for money. The swimming pool was nice to relax in after a long day. Check the menu beforehand to avoid disappointments with food options.
